"My conclusions validate claims the Spirit of Prophecy has made for the last 150 years, which up until now no Adventist could prove from the Bible alone"

    Introduction

Up until now we have been examining several other theories of the 1335 day prophecy. Now that we have discussed both the positive and negative things about each, it is time to examine yet one more theory. . . Mine! This prophecy is a "work in progress." It has taken 7 years to get as far as I am in understanding it.

I am still trying to learn more. Therefore I am not dogmatic about my conclusions. If you have a valid reason why any part of it does not work I want to hear it. If you have another theory altogether, email it to me. I want to read it. I am open to hearing your ideas, so all I ask is for you to be open to hearing mine.

It is important that you carefully read my previous three pages on this site examining both the historic and other futuristic interpretations before reading this article. I share principles that need to be observed and problems that need to be avoided when interpreting this prophecy which I will not be repeating here.

Examining the Historic View of the 1335 Day Prophecy

Examining the Historic View of the 1335 Day Prophecy Part II

Examining End Time Theories of the 1335 Day Prophecy

At the beginning of this article I am going to make two bold claims, that I want you the reader to hold me accountable to. I need your help. If at any point you believe I fail to live up to these two claims, let me know where and how I did OK? Visit The Loud Cry and post a comment on my public forum, or you can send me an email.

Claim # 1, 100% of my conclusions are from the Bible.

The Bible is it's own expositor. Each point is examined and each conclusion derived from scripture. Unlike other theories my timelines are connected to other Bible prophecies which work in total harmony with the 1335 day prophecy. For instance, other timelines out there guess where to put the death decree etc. Whereas my chart lines up with other prophecies that specifically shows when this will happen. No guess work about it!

Claim # 2, 100% of my conclusions are in harmony with the Spirit of Prophecy.

In fact my conclusions validate claims the Spirit of Prophecy has made for the last 150 years, which  up until now no Adventist could prove from the Bible alone. So I would not be too quick to discard my conclusions without giving them some serious thought.

Most all Christians believe in an end time tribulation, but Adventist have a more detailed teaching on eschatology than most Christians. Books like Great Controversy and Last Day Events describe two separate times of trouble in the last days.

1. The Little Time of Trouble

2. The Great Time of Trouble

I challenge anyone to show me both of these times of trouble in prophecy using only the Bible. It simply cannot be done. . . UNTIL NOW! I arrived at my conclusions about the four winds in May 2000 and finished my initial study on the 1335 day prophecy in November of the same year. My ONLY source material during my study was the Bible.

After concluding my study, to make certain my conclusions were correct, I searched and compared my study against the writings of the Spirit of Prophecy. I did extensive word searches on the E. G. White CD ROM. In fact at that time I read Last Day Events twice. Everything seemed to confirm my conclusions. In fact I discovered that my study on the Four Winds and the 1335 day prophecy actually validated claims that up until then were only found in   the Spirit of Prophecy.

Instructions: PRAY! Then read each section below slowly and only go as fast as you are able to understand. DO NOT MOVE to the next section until what you have read is clearly understood. Carefully comparing all the scriptures placed together in each section will help you to understand the connection. This is NOT MILK! This is MEAT and it takes time to digest. Just as with any meal, it is not good for digestion to skip the main course and jump straight to the dessert, so in this study it is NOT a good idea to skip ahead! Great thought has been given to the presentation of this VERY DEEP topic. It you skip ahead it will only serve to confuse you.

The 1260 days of Daniel 12:7 Happen during the Day of Atonement. In other words after October 22, 1844 (not before).

"And I heard the man clothed in linen. . ."  Daniel 12:7

The following verses occurred on the Day of Atonement.

He shall put on the holy linen coat, and he shall have the linen breeches upon his flesh, and shall be girded with a linen girdle, and with the linen miter shall he be attired: these are holy garments; therefore shall he wash his flesh in water, and so put them on. Leviticus 16:4

And Aaron shall come into the tabernacle of the congregation, and shall put off the linen garments, which he put on when he went into the holy place, and shall leave them there: Leviticus 16:23

And the priest, whom he shall anoint, and whom he shall consecrate to minister in the priest's office in his father's stead, shall make the atonement, and shall put on the linen clothes, even the holy garments: Leviticus 16:32

The man clothed in linen is the High Priest. Today our high priest is Jesus Christ.

Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus; Hebrews 3:1

The Day of Atonement did NOT begin until October 22, 1844. It is absolutely impossible for this prophecy to start even one day before the Day of Atonement. The historic view ending in 1843 simply does not work!

And

I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river. . . .  Daniel 12:7

Jesus is the only being in all the Bible to ever walk on water. In fact when Jesus walked on water He was actually fulfilling scripture and proving his identity as the Creator.

Which alone spreadeth out the heavens, and treadeth upon the waves of the sea. Job 9:8

This verse declares that ONLY the LORD can walk on water. Still need more proof?

The LORD sitteth upon the flood; yea, the LORD sitteth King forever. Psalms 29:10

(Notice the Throne is before the Sea of Glass Rev 4:6)

The identity of the man in linen upon the waters  is Jesus Christ, this verse identifies Him during His ministry as HIGH PRIEST DURING THE DAY OF ATONEMENT which places the 1260, 1290 and 1335 prophecy after October 22, 1844 (not before).

What is happening in Daniel 12:7 anyway? This one question helps to identify when this prophecy was to be fulfilled. The man in linen seen upon the water is asked a question. "How long shall it be to the end of these wonders?" v- 6.

What wonders? The wonders just before this verse in Chapter 12 are. .  .

1. THE CLOSE OF PROBATION verse - 1

2. THE GREAT TIME OF TROUBLE verse - 1

3. THE RESURRECTION verse - 2

4. THE RIGHTEOUS ARE TRANSFIGURED verse - 3

Those are WONDERS if I ever heard of any!!! First of all did ANY of this happen in either 1798 or 1843? Of course not! I think it is a "wonder" that anyone still attempts to defend the historic view. It really should be totally discarded.

ALL OF THESE "WONDERS" ARE END TIME EVENTS (Not events in the 19th Century)!!!

So how did the man in linen (Jesus Christ) answer the question? "How long shall it be to the end of these wonders?" v- 6.

And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and swore by him that liveth forever that it shall be for a time, times, and a half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished. Daniel 12:7

Let's break this verse down. . .

"When He shall have accomplished"

This person is the same as in Daniel 11:45, i.e. the last pope, who has accomplished what all previous popes have only dreamed of doing. at the close of the 1260 days the final pope will have completely moved the Vatican to Jerusalem.

And he shall plant the tabernacles of his palace between the seas in the glorious holy mountain; yet he shall come to his end, and none shall help him. Daniel 11:45

Jerusalem is the city between the seas. It is between the Dead sea and the sea of Galilee as well as the Mediterranean sea. Elsewhere Daniel identifies Jerusalem as the holy mountain.

"...thy city Jerusalem, thy holy mountain. . ." Daniel 9:16

Satan's has always desired to be worshipped "in the midst of the seas" (Jerusalem) as God.

Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyrus, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thine heart is lifted up, and thou hast said, I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet thou art a man, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God: Ezekiel 28:2

Just before the Second Coming through the Man of Sin, Satan gets what he has always wanted!

2 Thessalonians 2:3-4

3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshiped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.

"Scatter the power of the Holy People"

1. The Final Shaking among God's people. This is a serious time of persecution. "The Power of God's people" is the out pouring of the Holy Spirit during the message of Revelation 18:1-4. The glory of that message will fill the entire earth. The persecution of the Beast (Rome) and the False Prophet (Apostate Protestantism) backfires against them and helps scatter (spread) the final warning through out all the world in just 1260 days.

The  ministry of both Elijah and Christ lasted for 1260 literal days. In the same way the ministry of the 144,000 will also last 1260 literal days. Now we know exactly what is happening during the 1260 days. During this period in time there will simultaneously be the fiercest persecution, and the greatest evangelism out reach in history. So you can add that to your time chart of end times.

But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. Acts 1:8

In the midst of this prophecy the angel confirms that the 1260, 1290, 1335 day prophecy is designed for "the time of the end." verse 9. Below are two parallel passages found in Daniel & Revelation which places this time during the 7 last plagues after probation closes.

Daniel 12:9-10

9 And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.

10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.

Revelation 22:10-11

10 And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand.

11 He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.

"When the third angel's message closes, mercy no longer pleads for the guilty inhabitants of the earth. The people of God have accomplished their work. They have received "the latter rain," "the refreshing from the presence of the Lord," and they are prepared for the trying hour before them. Angels are hastening to and fro in heaven. An angel returning from the earth announces that his work is done; the final test has been brought upon the world, and all who have proved themselves loyal to the divine precepts have received "the seal of the living God." Then Jesus ceases His intercession in the sanctuary above. He lifts His hands and with a loud voice says, "It is done;" and all the angelic host lay off their crowns as He makes the solemn announcement: "He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still." Revelation 22:11. Every case has been decided for life or death. Christ has made the atonement for His people and blotted out their sins. The number of His subjects is made up; "the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven," is about to be given to the heirs of salvation, and Jesus is to reign as King of kings and Lord of lords." - Great Controversy p. 613.

This statement "He lifts His hands and with a loud voice says, "It is done;" in Great Controversy is a reference to Daniel 12:7.

Daniel 12:7
